We are here to offer inclusive Plussize fashion for all. We will do our best to prevent any delays or disruptions whilst using our site. However, we can not promise connection issues, deleting of pages, or any other website maintenance or malfunctions will not occur during your visit. We will do our best to rectify those disruptions for future use.

For any undamaged product, simply let us know the issue so we can collectively organise a return route, it should include all accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned by shipping, but may be at the cost of the customer; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: dirty, damaged, used items or sale items.
